If this option is selected, the static load capacity is calculated according to ISO 3408-5. In this case, material properties like Young's modulus have no effect on the static load capacity.
If the option is not selected the static load capacity is calculated according to ISO 3408-5, but using f0 according to ISO/TR 10657 instead of k0. In this case, the static load capacity is based on a permissible contact stress of 4200 MPa as for axial ball bearings according to ISO 76.
